When Sarasota Cases Need Evidence Analysis

Evidence only helps if it holds up to checks. We get calls when lawyers need a new look at crime scene photos. We also hear from firms that think fraud is going on. Insurance fraud cases jump here after storm season, when damage claims fill the 12th Judicial Circuit. Family estate fights in The Meadows and Palmer Ranch often turn on papers no one checked close enough. Waiting too long can mean evidence breaks down or gets lost. Forensic science is now a big part of how cases get solved, in court and beyond.[1]

I had the absolute best experience at Sarasota Investigations. I employed Jim to find out facts about an associate and he did a truly amazing job. He kept me informed at every step of the investigation and found out things that I could never have received on my own. I can recommend him highly to anyone seeking the truth about an associate or an experience. It was truly wonderful!!

Sarasota Private Investigations is by far one in a million. The professionalism, punctuality, pricing and communication are top notch. Our investigator went above and beyond to provide what we were looking for. Whether it was in the middle of the night, the day or evening hours - he did not disappoint and did the job well superseding our expectations.
With his thorough report and date and time stamped picture evidence, my son won his case as the opposing party knew they could not refute the evidence he provided for us. The opposing party was willing to make a deal which was in my son's favor.
Hands down 100% recommend.

The amount of detail and dedication put into finding someone I am attempting to serve, amazes me at every turn. I knew this was the right place to go to when I saw the investigator image. This establishment has real people, who want to help you as much as you need the help. This is my first time trying to serve someone, but after all the hoops and hurdles I have had to jump through, this place has helped me in more ways than one.

Common Questions

Evidence Analysis Questions

Here are answers to what Sarasota folks ask us most.

  • How much does evidence analysis cost in Sarasota?

Most cases run between $300 and $3,500 based on size. Simple paper checks cost less than full crime scene re-checks. We give a written quote before we start any work.

  • How long does evidence analysis take?

Simple cases can be done in a few days. Bigger cases with lots of files can take two to three weeks. We'll give you a timeline at your first chat.

  • Can I check evidence myself instead of hiring a pro?

You can, but courts often doubt evidence not handled by trained pros. Chain of custody matters a lot in Sarasota's 12th Judicial Circuit. One mistake here can hurt your whole case.

  • How is this different from a basic background check?

A background check looks at public records and history. Evidence analysis digs into the exact papers, photos, or files in your case. It's a deeper, more technical job.

  • How fast do I need to act on evidence?

Faster is always better. Evidence can break down or lose trust the longer it sits. We've seen cases get weak just because no one acted fast enough.

  • What are signs I need evidence analysis?

If your case rests on papers, photos, or files no one has checked, that's a sign. Disputed insurance claims and contested estates are common causes here in Sarasota.

  • Will your team speak in court if needed?

Yes, we show up for depositions and court dates. Our retired police background helps us explain findings clearly to judges and juries. We build reports with testimony in mind from the start.
